Pallas Capital shortlisted for two NACFB Commercial Lender Awards
Pallas Capital has been shortlisted for Emerging Lender of the Year at the NACFB Commercial Lender Awards 2026, while Chief Credit Officer Uliana Kuzmis has been shortlisted for the Women’s Advocate Award, less than a year after launching in the UK.
The shortlist was announced by the NACFB from a record 497 entries across 25 categories. Pallas Capital is one of nine lenders in the Emerging Lender category, and Uliana is one of ten finalists for the Women’s Advocate Award. Winners, decided by a combination of judges’ assessments and NACFB Member broker votes, will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on the 26th of November.
Ben Keenan, Executive Director at Pallas Capital, commented:
“Being shortlisted for Emerging Lender of the Year in our first year in the UK is a real credit to the brokers who trusted a brand-new lender with live deals, often against tight deadlines. We set out to be the lender brokers can rely on when a transaction gets complicated, and this tells us that is how we are being seen.”
Uliana Kuzmis, Chief Credit Officer at Pallas Capital, commented:
“It is genuinely humbling to be shortlisted for this award, particularly alongside so many women who are driving real change across our industry. Progress happens in the day-to-day, in the way we hire, mentor and lead, and I get to do that with a team who take ownership, support each other and share what they know. No one builds a successful business alone, and this recognition belongs to them as much as it does to me.”
